“FULL SERVICE” Includes:

  • Event Design: We work with you to develop your event style & palette; create design boards, venue floorplans, guest and head tablescapes, lighting plan, stationary and signage; plus, gather the necessary rentals needed for event.

  • Vendor Contracting & Coordination: We know the best in the industry and work with you in putting together your “wedding team” and coordinating the team throughout event weekend.

  • Event Week Timeline: We create a detailed event Timeline to assure that all the plans are executed as planned.

  • Ongoing custom Checklist to help you keep organized and “on-track.”

  • Weekend Coordination: You will have two Windsor & Willow Planners on site throughout your event to supervise set-up and breakdown, run Timeline, assist guests and hosts, and assure you are free to enjoy your event and your guests. If additional staff is needed, W&W will contract and manage weekend staff needed to produce event.

  • Consultation: We are available to you always and anchor the planning process with our 5 Formal Studio Meetings: Initial Planning Meeting, Vendor Meeting, Design Meeting #1, Design Meeting #2, Final Timeline Meeting.

Windsor & Willow will work with you from the start to plan and design your event to meet all of your needs and complete your vision. Windsor & Willow will negotiate the various contracts with your chosen vendors from venue agent to caterer to entertainment and assure your event is custom fit to meet your needs, expectations, and distinctiveness. Our team will execute your event from start to finish, making sure no detail is overlooked while you enjoy your day and your guests. Every event deserves this complete service.

Cost: The cost for our “FULL SERVICE"is $10,000.00

*Pricing can vary based on lead time, location, size, and intricacy of event within a range of 10-15% of total event cost.

“PARTNER SERVICE"

 is for the client who wants to plan their event on their own while ensuring their plans are in competent hands come the final month and weekend of their event. At this final stage of the planning process, the client is ready to transfer the reins, so to speak, to Windsor & Willow while their calendar fills up with personal preparation and celebrations. Windsor & Willow will meet with the client initially to make sure they are headed in the right direction and then 2 times more (one of those meetings at event site)  before their event. Windsor & Willow will be present throughout the event in order to execute the plan, coordinate the vendors, troubleshoot issues, and care for the guests and hosts while overseeing set-up and breakdown.

Cost: Pricing for this option is $4500.00 and includes

  • Three Planning Meetings (1 at venue site if necessary, 2 at the Windsor & Willow studio)

  • Complete Wedding/Event Timeline

  • Direct Wedding Rehearsal

  • Weekend Coordination and Supervision of Vendors

  • Event Set-Up/Breakdown

  • Distribute Final Payments and/or Tips on event day

  • Unlimited Phone Contact - during business hours

  • 2 Coordinators at event (including the rehearsal if event is a wedding)

  • Event day staff contracting and management (if needed.)

Windsor & Willow would love to create your personal bouquets, centerpieces, and specialty arrangements based on your personal style and budget. One of our favorite things to do is dream up flower combinations and roam the flower mart finding the perfect answer to your vision. (Please see “Florals” section in menu to see more images of our work.)

You can choose to do “Just Flowers Please” with Windsor & Willow with no obligation for other services if you are planning/designing your wedding on your own or with another Planner/Designer. We would love to be a part of your WEDDING TEAM!

Pricing depends on many things from scope of work, flower choices and size of event; so, it is impossible to give you your pricing until after we have met to gather your details and understand your vision.

To give you some idea of investment, our wedding clients usually fall into one of the following categories:

  • $6000 - $9000

  • $9000 - $18,000

  • $18,000 & up

  • “Personals Only” (Bouquets/boutonnieres,…) usually average $2500 depending on bridal party size.

You may only be looking for personal bouquets, a special arbor or simple centerpieces - every event is unique. So, let’s get together and talk about your needs, your budget and how we can help.

EILEEN FRANCES DESIGN // INTERIORS

Before moving to Tennessee, Eileen practiced interior design in New York. Her father, Josef Omland, was a successful custom home Builder and her brother Kevin Omland, an Architectural Designer. Eileen had the privilege of collaborating on interiors for some of their custom built homes on the gorgeous north shore of Long Island along with creating interiors for her own clients.

After leaving New York for Tennessee, Eileen opened Windsor & Willow. Her life had pulled her and her gifting into the wonderful world of Event & Floral Design where her company continues to flourish.

In 2019, a number of opportunities in interior design presented themselves once again with some special projects she couldn’t refuse and Eileen decided it didn’t have to be one or the other. She could do both if she chose wisely and scheduled strategically.
